The Next Big Sip
Join Les Dames d’Escoffier New York (LDNY) for The Next Big Sip! Our fourth annual discussion about important fine beverage trends will focus on Sustainability in the Wine Industry.
As climate change impacts agriculture worldwide, The Next Big Sip will explore the environmental, economic, and social aspects of sustainability. A walk-around tasting of wines produced following sustainable practices will follow the discussion.
